Introducing my Health and Nutrition coaching service designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Changes that last a lifetime. Enhancing your lifestyle and not restricting it.

As a health coach, my job is to facilitate one to one coaching sessions and agree together personalised goals just for you. Areas such as eating more whole foods, increasing weekly movement, improving sleep hygiene and ways to reduce stress.

I am dedicated to coaching others navigate their own paths to better health and nutrition through motivational interviewing and building your self-efficacy.

I provide personalised nutrition plans tailored to your lifestyle and health goals, focusing on balanced, sustainable nutrition with whole, nutrient-dense foods.

I help individuals achieve better work-life balance by prioritising health, setting boundaries, creating routines, and optimising energy for productivity without sacrificing well-being.

Adding Movement

I help you gradually increase weekly exercise by adding short, effective workouts and finding opportunities for more movement throughout the day, providing tailored suggestions for all fitness levels without overwhelming you.

Stress Management

I offer tools and techniques like mindfulness practices, deep breathing exercises, and personalised stress-reduction strategies to help you manage stress, build resilience, and maintain a calm, focused mindset in challenging situations.

Accountability Partner

As your accountability partner, I support and encourage you to stay on track with your health and wellness goals, build self-efficacy, track and celebrate milestones, and adjust your approach to ensure you feel supported and never feel alone in your journey.

Habit Stacking

I help you integrate positive habits into your routine by building on existing ones with small, manageable actions, creating a seamless process for lasting changes and long-term success. Start small, stay consistent, and reap the rewards.
