My journey in food, health, and well-being began in the heart of my childhood on a dairy farm in Tipperary. This environment provided me with a unique perspective on where our food comes from and the importance of spending time outside in nature.

Aged 18 I traded the countryside for the energetic rhythm of city life in Dublin.

Enjoying 24 years creating a successful and highly rewarding career in Financial Services and navigating the complexities of the Corporate world. My journey through redundancy opened the door to a new path in Health & Nutrition Coaching.

My philosophy

As a busy working mum, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing health, getting daily movement, and placing importance on my nutrition. My personal experience drives my passion to inspire and support others on their journey to better health and well-being.

Amidst a hectic work-life balance, I began making small but impactful changes to my health during stressful times. In 2012, I discovered a love for fitness—running, strength & condition training and reformers Pilates. Each gave me a new sense of strength. “You can’t go wrong getting strong” My health journey taught me the importance of balanced, nutrient-rich meals and the benefits of adding in more whole foods. Through habit stacking, I created a sustainable framework for personal growth and transformation.

Now, as a certified Health & Nutrition Coach with IINH, I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals and live a more balanced life.

My Transformation

In 2016, I went on a transformative journey to improve my body composition by growing muscle, power, strength, improving my cardio fitness and increasing my energy. Through this process, I learned the importance of managing stress and prioritising quality sleep for overall health.

Driven by a passion for health and nutrition, I became a certified Health & Nutrition Coach with IINH in 2024. I am proud to be a full member of the UKIHCA professional body for Health & Nutrition Coaches. My mission is to empower others to optimise their metabolic health and raise awareness of investing in your health.

I advocate for improving metabolic flexibility by embracing whole foods, healthy fats, fermented foods for gut health, and mindful protein sources.

My goal is to help individuals enhance their physical health while nurturing their mental and emotional well-being.
